so, i think amante got a job in ohio.

i am trying not to get my hopes up too high, but we decided to put his resume out, just to see what would happen, and someone has offered to give him a job on the spot.

a potential for $35,000 a year.

and that would mean that we could open a studio sooner.  did i mention the studio?  there’s that too.  amante wants, eventually, to own his own recording studio.  as i still haven’t decided what i want to be when i grow up, i am along for the ride until i figure it out.

why ohio?  amante went to high school in toledo, and a bunch of friends of his have stayed there, and there is a whole amazing music scene for pete to be a part of….  one night last week i said “what about toledo?’ in reference to moving out of the dump apartments we live in.  he said “maybe!”.  so we decided to look into it.

guess we looked hard enough.  now comes the hard part:  securing the job, living arrangements, and moving to a new state.
